Hello, I'm going through an insane customer service issue. I've never had something like this happen or been treated so poorly in response to addressing the issue.

SE michigan resident without internet since tuesday. Not related to storms as both my neighbors have service.

Lost connection on tuesday . Made an appointment for the following thursday via chat on app. Appointment time came and went and called service. Was told that appointment never existed even when I have a Screenshot of the exchange . I don't get mad ever but this made my blood boil. To say I was wrong and to not trust my own eyes.

Was told told they would make a Friday appointment. Appointment window came and went nothing. App chat told me it's an all day appointment and they would be done by end of the day. Never came.

Called support to confirm I was interacting with a human . Gentleman was nice attempted to help me by offering higher speed and reducing bill a little per month. Assured me they would be out today Saturday .

Guess what no one came again within the window. Still no service. They have no clue why no one is coming and next appointment is monday.

Work from home work is not getting done. Our Hotspot is maxed out on our carriers.

Its insane that no one has an answer of why no one is coming.

I'm trying to be reasonable but it seems no one cares .

If nothing is concluded monday we will seek another ISP out of need .
