I wanna go to the toosii concert but dont have any friends who are hip🙂‍↕️

I am hoping to transition from academia to industry and I have my first biotech interview tomorrow. I have 95% of the skills they require. (6 yrs lab experience)I have gone through a couple of interviews the last few months but havent nailed any jobs. I have gotten overall positive feedback on my interviews so i dont have much to work with on what to work on.

Any advice is welcomed. If i need to change my personality for the interview i would be delighted too lmao I just want a new job!
