Have a 2017 540i and turned on my car this morning to hear this sound coming from it, sounds like a clicking noise. Anyone know what this could be and how serious it is?

Im looking into getting a 2017 540i, it has quite literally every option it can and looks very clean. I see that it does have a tune on it though, it’s at 76k miles and asking $29000. Wondering what I should look for when going in person, also thinking of keeping it long term.
