Miele W5963 strange noise from drum.
I noticed, last time i took the laundry out of the drum and spun it, the drum made and makes a slight knocking sound.
Is this what I fear it is (spider) or something else?
There is not really any play noticable when pushing on the ribs in the drum, just that sound.
If it is the spider, how long might it still live?
I know that repairing is almost impossible.
The machine is very well maintained, about 12 years old and has only done about 3500 hours.
I also just bought the matching dryer second hand so i hope it is something small.
Maybe someone reckognizes the sound from their own machine?
