i am 19 year old high school girl from India who desperately needs to get a personal phone by the end of August,

my family is struggling heavily financially and I never had a personal phone, as much as it sounds not believable it is the truth.

i am starting my uni on scholarship soon and I really cannot spend even 20,000rs (around 200$) on it

and I have to contact my family nd be in touch with them when I join uni plus you really cannnot survive without a phone and do daily tasks without it
