What's the best TV show that's still flying under the radar because it isn't on a major streaming service like Netflix, Hulu, or Prime?

I'm not looking for hidden gems that are already widely known. I'm curious about shows that genuinely stayed under the radar because they weren't easily accessible on major streaming platforms like Netflix, Hulu, or Prime Video.

Basically, shows that would've been much bigger if more people had the chance to discover them.

When you first watched Better Call Saul, did seeing Tuco at the end of Episode 1 instantly change your expectations for the show?

I remember 10 years back, thinking Better Call Saul was going to be a slower, character-driven story about Jimmy becoming Saul Goodman. Then Tuco opened the door, and it completely changed what I thought the show was going to be.

Did that moment immediately hook you, or were you still expecting something very different?
