anyone buying up BIDU here maybe?

anyone buying up BIDU here maybe?

There was a huge drop and I'm thinking about acquiring some BIDU via CSPs. My approach is to drip in first via csps and then later sell atm csps ( I do this kind of approach with any stock that I want to accumulate).

Why? Well, if BIDU were to go down to $80 it would be valued exactly as their NET asset value.
So thats 24 billion market cap and 24 billion in assets... thats no growth projections or anything like that. And its at $90 now. Does that sound crazy only to me?

This is not investment advice, just want to bounce the ideas off of someone else too here and reddit seems the best place to be publicly roasted :)

anyone buying up reddit here maybe?

There was a huge drop and I'm thinking about acquiring some RDDT via CSPs, since RDDT and google have no clear deal yet I consider this a good opportunity. I believe the Google issue is overblown and a deal will come up in the future.

Optionally I'm considering a long call based on the current environment and capital efficiency.

How do you deal with underwater positions?

For example, Im okay selling calls below cost basis on my MRVL stock. I inform myself on any possible events surrounding that stock and its sector and then proceed accordingly. From my experience, this eliminates getting caught off guard. For the past 2 years I only had to roll once and that was at the same strike.

Below is my troublesome position. Let me know if you have any tips or less heard advice on these as im trying to see what others are doing.

Thank you!

Ways to enter a new stock? AMPX in my case

I’m a value play guy more than a trader, I just supplement that with CCs and CSPs. Done great so far with CRWV, IREN, IONQ, SMR, COIN..

I’ve also been following this stock for the past 6 months.. so I think it’s time for some ATM/ITM cash secured puts since they finally have solid proof to support their price. That’s just the idea..and this first CSP looks good to me.

The question here is, what do you consider a good way to enter? I really like this one at +/- $3 here in my case.
Would you rather enter with a classic buy, do a CSP slightly OTM or do an ITM CSP? (When talking broadly - for any stock you plan on holding long term)
