Why in the living fuck do get matches like that guy in the top. My league is shit and still I get someone who is suppose to be atleast 4 leagues above me. This just pisses me off.

Which lvl minimum should my campaign characters be at? I feel like Certus, Makhotep, Bellator, and Calandis abilities are basically useless in any case. Plz if you have time and energy tell me.
