What's the point of baron?
I don't understand this faction at all, is this a multiplayer rush faction or something? I get a huge economy, huge armies, huge map control only to always lose it all to a single mage perma aoe one shot everyone or some big monster or demon bullshit with regeneration or perma dodge, I remember one time losing to two trolls with a gigantic army because they would simply outheal my entire army even with several knights, pegasus knights, longbows, pikemen... are you telling me this whole faction best unit is just a shitty knight upgrade? really? the baron himself feels completely useless when other leaders cast bullshit aoe spells or summon literal gods, the mounted lord is very broken for scouting and sniping economy but useless in actual relevant battles since he goes in front and just dies like a dog. The only way I can feel this faction being really good is in some sort of competitive pvp 1v1 or 2v2 where you can rush down your opponent with the huge early tempo but wtf are you supposed to do everywhere else? even if you rush down someone the scaling seems completlely dogwater when your whole army just dies to one singular mage spamming aoes or a big summon or demon whatever, how do you actually play this class there must be something I am doing terribly wrong there is no way it can be this bad it makes no sense
