And would like to seek advice for my current roster and line up so that they can start beating later game content

Just reached bestower of all chapter 2 and could not get past cursed monk jafford in Solistia ( chapter 5)

And has a hard time fighting lvl 100 npcs

Currently have 16,400 rubies

Which banners should I also lookout for?
