Australian moving

Bonjour and hi and salut

I don’t speak French 🇫🇷

I am a 31 year old Australian guy looking to make the move north to Europe sometime in the future. I’m looking to live in a small rural town that has a great connection with nature and more likeminded people.

I am neurodiverse and have felt a bit bullied here in Australia. I have found social groups here to be often quite shallow and focused on group values over the persons individuality. I have found it hard to find my niche bubble of friends as of yet.

My values are very opposite to my society and so I can really trigger people here in my home city of Melbourne with my worldview

My values system is very anti-neoliberal and I believe very strongly in a social democracy and strong welfare state. I believe the individual is much more important than group harmony. I am very work to live and feel very out of place in a culture that is constantly talking about career and ‘living’ at a fast pace. I am very spiritual and believe in a lot of ‘new age’ spiritual beliefs. I have travelled to Europe before and found I related more to Europeans as a general rule than I do to Australians. In France, I have only been to Paris for a few days so I have no France experience except YouTube. On YouTube I have found places like Huelgoat, Brittany to look like my sort of place. Does anyone have any advice for me to explore this sort of life change? Obviously I will learn French if I were to move there one day. Any advice on how people in regions like Brittany can treat neurodivergent people? Whether there are many neurodiverse people that are attracted to these smaller villages? A lot of my friendships have been with adhd people and I find adhd people are often attracted to bigger communities. Are people in Brittany very welcoming of Australian expats? Any advice in general? Thanks and merci 🙏

Twin Flame attraction

Hi Twin Flames.

Hope this post is okay as it said my other account was banned from posting in this forum when I tried to post. What are your top 3 traits that attract you in a person? Not really from a personal level. I’m more talking like a turn on if you know what I mean

Probably mine are

  1. Protectiveness. Not really like through shielding me from a lion. But I will also probably find that attractive too lol. Someone who genuinely cares for my emotional wellbeing and will want to stand up to a bully for me or something not because they feel a purpose or role to but because

they care for me and my wellbeing

  1. Being like a rock. Someone I know I will have a disagreement with and they won’t run away or end the relationship. Someone who I feel I can be at my worst with and can handle emotions and triggers. Someone I know wouldn’t blink twice for other men as they are just so head over heels for me that their commitment is locked in and they are super attracted to me and without any doubt I’m the person for them
  2. Practicality. My twin flame herself is like this. I’m not great with tasks that have been stereotyped manly as they don’t interest me as I’m in the clouds somewhere at all times. Things like fixing things and stuff. My twin flame and I when we were together were working on lots of practical tasks and I was really bad at it and she never made me feel like I was less of a man for it. Which I noticed was hugely attractive. Someone who can make me feel manly despite being kind of a girl in a guy body lol. Someone who can guide me in the practical of life but never feels like they are my leader or doing it in a patronising way
