I am an artist and this is my art
All jokes aside, I've been trying to break my bad habit of keeping myself on the higher side because I'm deathly afraid of lows. Looks like I over did it earlier when I was trying to correct said high.

I am a college trumpet player, and over the weekend it seems that I somehow ended up with a cold sore. I've been trying some over the counter remedies but none of them are working so I scheduled an appointment with the on campus health services for tomorrow morning that way I can get something that will actually work prescribed.
In the meantime, I still very much need to practice for my lesson and ensembles. Problem of course being that I still have a cold sore, and won't be able to do anything about it till tomorrow morning at the earliest.
Does anyone have any tips on what to do? Ideally I'd just lay off on playing until the cold sore goes away, but I feel like I just don't have that kind of luxury right now due to all the material I need to be working on.
title pretty gives it away. sugar just got low while i was working but i ate no too long ago so it feels like i have to force myself to eat something to get it back up. has anyone else had this issue before? it's nothing world ending by any means but it's definitely annoying to deal with.
I'm really not sure If I have tourette's or not, I've been told I do but nothing online sounds accurate to the type of 'tics' that I have (or at least, for lack of a better word, I have never seen anyone else with the same thing as me)
So I'm 20 years old and have ADHD and I think since maybe about the 2nd grade I've had these tics where If I day dream, or start thinking about something that really irritates me I'll start fidgeting really violently with my hands. Sometime down the road I also started either grinding my teeth or scratching my neck or head really violently too whenever it's something that really makes me mad. I've been told it's a kind of tic, but nothing more than that but I'm really skeptical of it because I have legit never seen anyone else in my life with even a similar behavior to me. As far as I know all the people I've met with tics say they are uncontrollable but mine seem to be tied to whenever I am feeling intense negative emotion (or am daydreaming for some some reason).
If someone has any idea what my behavior might be I would really appreciate it. Nothing online seemed to sound right and I'm getting to the point where I could really just use some peace of mind of at least knowing what it is that's making me this way.
