Remove coating
Hi all!
I recently purchased this chamois skull cap with horns, but it seems to have a coating. I'm wondering if it would be possible to remove this (unknown) coating or if that would do more harm than good?
What would you do? Keep it like this or try to remove the coating? If so, what can I use to try to remove it?
Any tips and tricks are welcome!

Is this skull real? Or a resin replica?
Hi all!
I recently purchased this mounted chamois piece on an online auction and I was wondering if the skull itself is real. I did some research and found out that Adolf Boese is a manufacturer that makes wooden mounts for taxidermy, but on their website I also saw that they make resin skulls so real horns can be mounted onto those. They also make resin models for chamois skulls, so now I'm wondering if this skull is real, or if it's a resin replica.
Any input is welcome, thank you for your time!

No response from customer support?
Hi all!
Approximately 2 weeks ago I received a parcel which contained an unfortunately broken item. I picked it up from a locker and immediately heard that it was broken before I even opened the box. I went up to the lady behind the counter but since I already opened the locker I couldn't refuse the parcel anymore, so I figured I would just report an issue and let it go through customer support. I sent them the pictures, showed them that the fragile item was packed without any protective material, and I received a confirmation message stating they would reach out to me in 48 hours. Yet after 2 weeks, I still haven't heard anything from them. I sent an additional message, but no response. I tried to re-file an issue through the system, but I got an message they already received a report and that I didn't need to report it again. The transaction remains paused for now, which is agitating the person that sold it to me.
Is there anyone that has experienced something similar? How long did it take before customer support reached out to you? Is there anything else I can do?
