Does anyone else feel like they watch “too many” Holocaust survivor testimonies?

I’m a 31-year-old Jewish guy and probably watch more than average.
Sometimes I feel weird, like I judge myself for being interested in something so horrific.
Sometimes YouTube recommends one and my first thought is “Don’t watch it,” as if it’s wrong to spend time on it.
But I watch them and find them fascinating.
There is a chanel with hour-long testimonies and I can easily watch them. I’m especially interested in their pre-war lives, communities, and how they rebuilt afterward, as well as the war itself, though that part is hard.
I know there’s nothing wrong with listening and it’s important, but I sometimes feel like I’m consuming too much tragedy or that my interest is morbid.
Does anyone else feel this way drawn to Holocaust material and then wondering why, or feeling like it’s too much?
