Windows got malware but scan found no threats

I use windows 11 on my laptop. I downloaded a game installer from some sketchy website and ran it despite the security warning. The installer just kept freezing so I eventually deleted it. This morning I woke up to notifications in my phone from google saying they signed me out of my windows device because they detected malware in my device and suspicious activity. All 3 of my google accounts. I also got emails from some apps and social medias that somebody tried to log in and told me to ignore if that wasn't me. The attacker got my instagram and posted a story of crypto scam and also my discord which they sent everyone a dm of crypto scams. I changed the passwords and terminated all other devices. I also saw an unknown device logged in my telegram so I terminated it. I'm pretty sure my phone is safe but it's my laptop that got malware but windows defender and malwarebytes scans keep coming out positive. Please help.

A perspective shift on SR that is a complete game changer for my journey

I want to share a perspective change that completely turned things around for me with semen retention. For a long time, I looked at retention as this massive challenge where I had to constantly fight against the urge to do something "normal." But that is the trap.

Let’s be real about it. Masturbation is not normal. Throwing your seed away for a few seconds of cheap pleasure is not what we are built for. Retention shouldn't even be a thing. It doesn't need a special name, because that is what you are supposed to be doing anyway. It is your natural baseline.

The real game-changer happens when you stop thinking that you are "refraining" or trying to survive a streak. When you tell yourself you are refraining, you make it feel like you are missing out on something good. That keeps the temptation alive. Instead, you need to make a final decision. Masturbation is not part of your life anymore. You don't associate with it. It is completely gone from who you are.

When you change your mindset from "someone trying to stop" to "someone who just doesn't do that," the urges lose all their power. When an urge comes up, you don’t argue with it anymore. You just say no and move on, because that behavior doesn't belong to you anymore. You are much more likely to relapse when you view it as a daily struggle of holding back.

If you are constantly counting days and feeling locked up, change the story. Stop trying to fight an old habit. Just decide that it is no longer a part of your life, and go back to how you were always meant to live.

PS: Keep in mind that this is what worked for me; I'm aware that everyone is different and deals with different issues. While this might help some people, this might not even make sense to others.

Is Tokyo International University (TIU) still bad?

I'm looking to apply into TIU because that's the only university I have strong chances at. I've been seeing negative reviews and experiences on TIU on reddit but they are from like 2-4 years ago. I heard it's pretty easy to get into but is it good?

I got one month free for sim card usage when I came here.

It expired like 20 days ago. Can I still pay my tax now and get my sim card usage back even though it is too late now?
