[Routine Help] What is going on with my skin? Is it Dehydrated
My skin feels tight, looks red and irritated, and has some texture/small bumps. I also have a few red marks from old breakouts and faint smile lines.
I’d love advice on what this could be and how to fix it.
Routine :CeraVe face wash, the ordinary hyaluronic acid, ordinary niacinamide, and CeraVe moisturizer. Sunscreen

Do recruiters just ghost you after you don’t get the job?
Curious for the recruiters here:
do you ever stop working with a candidate after they interview for a few roles and don’t end up getting them?
I interviewed for a couple roles through a recruiter, didn’t get them (2 rejections and 3 roles that froze their hiring but gave positive feedback about me), and now I haven’t really heard anything since. Is that usually a sign they’ve moved on, or is it more like they just don’t have anything that fits right now?
