I had my appointment on 5/8 and I got billed and info sent to the pharmacy quickly, but now at 5/15 it’s been radio silent. I went through the Healthie app to see where I can start a new chat with someone that can help, it actually doesn’t work. I finally located the place to chat and it says they answer within a few hours. The send button doesn’t let it go anywhere. Okaaay. So I go on the web page. Support is sending an email, but no chat. Where ya all getting support? Is this normal waiting time? I keep seeing how people are getting meds so fast and then there is me. The pharmacy is OptioRx and I’m getting semiglutide.

Long time lurker, but finally pulled the trigger for a consultation appointment. My Hers subscription renews June 13th, so I wanted to give myself enough time to switch to BEWL without too much overlap. I didn’t want to cancel Hers till I get the a-okay from BEWL as a safety net, but I think I will be fine. I’m 5’1” and my starting weight was 155 pounds and I’m down to 134 pounds which is at or close to normal. My goal is 120 pounds, I’m soooooo close! It doesn’t sound like a lot of weight to loose, but I’m short and that weight was close to obese. I’m very glad for this Reddit group. I understood that I had to put my starting weight and that I’m currently on GLP-1 so I they know where I started. Excited!
