I built a cafe in my custom world and I really like how it turned out! My goal with this world is to have something Mediterranean inspired, so in my opinion the cafe turned out like a combination of southern France and Italy haha 😄

The terrace is overlooking the tiny port I have made as well, but since the edge of the world is close to it (don't repost me to flat-earthers subreddit JK), it was impossible to take screenshots from that angle :(

In the third photo is the beginning of the small market I have planned for this downtown area. Its' size is gonna depend on the size of the restaurant I'm planning for the lot on the right-side of the cafe. And the rest of the photos are the interior of the cafe!

Couple of days ago I started making custom house numbers with the intent to upload the image to a canvas or a poster and place it on the house, but with the latest update where we got real house numbers, I'm wondering if it could be turned into a mod so it's easier to navigate?

I downloaded different tile designs from architextures.org so I'm not claiming I designed it haha, I don't know how to do that, but wanted to make something for myself in the game and ofc if someone would like to use this I can share the files.

Edit: Idk why the in-game screenshot looks so pixelated, quality of the uploaded image and the one on my PC is soooo different....

If you remember the bug with the house from my previous post, well I managed to resolve it and build an additional house on the neighboring lot haha!

I wanted to build something in Spanish style, but with a community vibe, so I added a shared courtyard/front yard for these houses.

Hi guys!!

I built a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house which I imagined to be the first Vacation Rental in my Mediterranean Town, and one house that has been sitting empty for some time and is in serious need for new owners!!

It would be soo cool if we got any sort of Rental Lot Type, I personally love building Apartment Buildings and Multi-House Lots, I don't know is something like that is in the plans for the team?

Here is the progress of my Mediterranean town!

So far, I have build a Townhall & Library, Elementary School, High School, and a Grocery Store with an Apartment above it!

Para running the Grocery store has returned on the Island after getting a Business Degree from Melino University and is now taking over the business from their dad!

Schools are kind of inspired by my real life school haha! It was not intended that way but it was a nice coincidence when I noticed the resemblance haha!!

I originally wanted to renovate the existing building on this lot but it was driving me insane, so I just bulldozed it and rebuild it to be in the similar style as the rest of the buildings in the Melino Town Square.

I managed to fit a bookstore and an apartment for the owner!

Hey, I made a houseboat!!! I know we are going to get real houseboat at some point, but I wanted to try and make one now!

Here is a screenshot of the exterior and the overall floorplan.

I wish I gave myself more space to work with so I can maybe create real bedrooms, but I managed to fit everything in 5x3 space!! And it's fully functional!! (I added a "docking" area for the version I uploaded to the Workshop so Paras can walk onto the boat)

I built it on the same lot with another tiny house, and I plan to add one or two more builds here if I can fit them so I can make a nice Beach Front Community on this huge lot 😄

Do you have suggestions on what kind of house or build in general I can add here?

I made this Modern Split-Level Family Home using a Real Life Floor Plan I found on some website with prefabricated houses🥰

It was honestly very challenging, but super fun at the same time!

I used a lot of custom pieces in this build so I was able to create a Pool, interesting looking Porch, custom Wallpapers for most of the Interiors, and custom closed for the kids' bedroom. The house even has a garage!!!

I made a Tiny Beach House for the 8x3 Challenge by u/ParalivesEmmy

Probably could have used a smaller lot, but I wanted to create a beachfront on my own for this house.

I made this Apartment Building some time ago, but didn't get around furnishing it. It has 6 apartments in total:

• 2 apartments are 2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom
• 4 apartments are 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom (I think that some would be better converted into Studios)
