My caste is in obc in central and state both but i have no certificate when i went to office to make it they said haryana do not allow obc certificate of people who migrated from different state , we moved to haryana 15 years ago and i have nothing of old state ,i researched a bit about it and i cannot find any data about this law ,are they trying to take some bribe? I should just look to different Office to make it . Helpp
