I just think these are so freaking awesome. Now the question of whether or not to open them?? I'm thinking I will, but I'll probably limit displaying to one or two at a time on my shelf and desk. Placing them all over my office... that just seems a bit much :) More to come, too
Ogura is looking more and more elite with each event. He's clearly comfortable on a bike that is very fast...likely the best bike on the grid.
There's a risk of getting carried away, but he just won his first GP and I doubt anyone thinks it's crazy to imagine him winning a few more. So, my question is this: Does Aprilia have any doubts about signing Bagnaia instead of Ogura?? Will they have any regrets?
Hindsight is always 20/20, but Ai on a factory Aprilia sounds beautiful and will undoubtedly be a major "what if" in the mind Rivola if Pecco isn't regularly sticking it on the podium next season...

In universe, sometimes the wings and chest plate are white, sometimes they're blue. Why is that?
After some digging, and at the risk of answering my own question, I'm guessing this is the difference between the VF-1A and VF-1J...but was that ever explained or just fans connecting the dots? Maybe it was explained in Super Dimension Fortress Macross but not Robotech?
Also, the different liveries was helpful to viewers to identify characters in battle, but was it ever explained why he got a custom blue livery?
