Small children on E-scooter in traffic on 85th - are they ok?

Did anyone else see what looked to be a ~10 year old and ~6 year old sharing an e-scooter, riding in traffic on westbound 85th by Costco? Both very small, no safety gear in the middle of the lane between cars. It was about 3:30.

They weren’t moving erratically but they’re so small and hard to see in traffic. They were driving past Costco and I really hope they weren’t going to go through the roundabout.

I’m genuinely concerned about them and would feel much better if anyone saw them safely exiting traffic. I was going the opposite way and there wasn’t much I could do besides call the non-emergency line.

First dahlia attempt - what’s up with the yellowing?

I’ve had this Rose Bicolor for ~4 weeks and it keeps blooming these beautiful flowers, but the leaves have gotten less and less happy. I’m pulling off a few yellowing to fully brown ones every couple days. Today I spotted a dozen or so of these weird little bugs too. They scattered pretty quickly. Super zoomed in photo, I’d say they’re only 2-3mm long.

Not sure if the bugs are related or what’s going on. Googling didn’t turn up anything helpful.
