Help me survive a tough time.

Hi, I'm facing a tough time right now, I'm Malaysian, 36M. My work contract was not resumed and I'm out of a job since May 2026. I've been working odd jobs like mowing lawns, simple electrical jobs and a few part times but my savings has been fully depleted. Finding a job when you are more than 35 years old is hard in my country.
I'm in need of RM1000 ( approximately $250 ) to cover for rent, school for my kids and some formula for the little one. I can pay back Rm100 monthly starting October 2026 if needed as I just landed a job as a store associate for a local supermarket.
I can't create a PayPal account, the registration code cant be sent to my number, been trying for an hour now and I don't know what other apps I can use to post a link here.
