Hi - I could really use the views of members here. Im in the process of buying a 2023 Bolt EUV with 56,000km.

In discussions with the sales rep at a local Chevrolet dealer, I was told that the battery had 86% capacity. I took this to mean 86% of original capacity. A quick online scan makes this seem like abnormal degradation. The sales rep told me this was a great score but I paused the sale out of suspicion.

Im new to EVs. Is this low? For clarity, when I first asked about battery health, I’m pretty sure the rep said it was 98%, furthering my suspicion .
