Does Orsinium actually exist in the tes v time period?

quick check of uesp cites a loading screen that says

> Orcs, also known as Orsimer, are natives of Orsinium, a small mountain kingdom between Hammerfell and Skyrim. It has been sacked and rebuilt many times.

as the source of orsinium existing in present day. but to me this feels like it could be interpreted either way? either

  1. Orsinium currently exists, and historically it has been destroyed and rebuilt many times.

or

  1. Orsinium existed repeatedly in the past, but may or may not currently stand.

like if i said "yugoslavia is a country in southern europe. it has been fractured and reformed many times", that doesn't mean im saying yugoslavia currently exists.

Anyone have thoughts / experience to share on the window air conditioners at costco?

Tenperture's been getting hotter in my area so I installed my 5 year old window unit only to find it had died during the winter. I'm planning to get a replacement at Costco, which in my area carries:

Midea 12,000 BTU Smart Inverter Window Air Conditioner with MShield

Hisense 8,000 BTU Smart Inverter Window Air Conditioner with Easy Install Bracket

I have no idea what to look for in an air conditioner, I found my last one during college move out season on the curb. The shape of the Midea one is interesting, but it seems like they had a recall last year due to mold growth in the unit after use, so that seems sketchy. I'd assume the current ones being sold have fixed that issue though.

Most of the Great Houses have a color associated with them. The ones I know of are:

Redoran is red.

Telvanni is brown.

Indoril is blue.

Hlaalu was yellow.

That leaves Dres, Sadras, and Dagoth. Were they ever given colors?

Randomly had this thought last night, but we have a big ass river running east to west. Would a ferry service on it not be a decent additional method of public transportation? Obviously there are bigger issues with the busses and train systems that need to be addressed first, but has anyone looked into the potential for adding boats?
