No Internet for Three+ Weeks
This is getting ridiculous. I have had two technicians visit and countless numbers of phone calls to customer service and they still can’t fix the problem?!?! That’s what I get for upgrading. But here’s the catch… I can’t go back to my previous plan because it no longer exists. Maybe it’s time to give Verizon a shot?!?!
