Question for Pilates instructors & regulars 👀

Ive been trying different studios because i want to experience different teaching styles and see what works best.
I just wanted to ask, sa Pilates Reformer ba, normal ba na maraming sets and reps? I recently tried one studio where we did one movement for 5 sets of 10 reps, and medyo na-surprise lang ako because the other studios ive been to weren't like that.
I'm a bit confused if that's a normal approach or if it just depends on the instructor or studio.
