I feel like it's a little odd that adding Pierce items to the Ascension Altar only requires Royal Jelly, while pet builds need Manticore Eyes instead, which are quite a bit harder to obtain.

It feels bad because in order to use the Ascencion Altar you need to sacrifice these materials every individual game session.
