Favorite jewelers that could replace the clasp on a chain necklace (maybe as a walk-in repair)?

The lobster clasp on one of my necklaces broke down (you can see some of the wiring sticking out, and I assume assume would be the spring)
I see that the clasps themselves are pretty cheap online, but I don't have the tools/knowhow to do the swap. I also don't know if there are any places that just have some stocked already, and could maybe do a walk-in repair
