Hi there - looking for help/advice.

I have sold around 2k or trading cards on eBay this year and am fully authenticated on eBay. I had someone purchase a 3k lot of cards from me and the buyer left positive feedback and delivery was confirmed. eBay is showing I will get my funds on September 17th? Why in the world are they allowed to hold the funds for so long after a completed transaction like this and is there anything I can do?
