me personally, I'm tied between the PSP game or the next numbered entry. A Sony move would probably be to add the PSP game as their pick to next.

I think the next logical evolution of Super Mario Maker is to go 3D and make it the Nintendo equivalent of PlayStation's Dreams

We all wish for Super Mario Maker to make use of the 3D assets from the 3D games (3D world kinda cheated but whatever) so having Super Mario Maker 3(D) utilize the 3rd dimension and create more expansive levels would be the best and easiest homerun Nintendo could do
