Look at the image above. What if I told you that he is the actual Mario. If you’ve ever played super Mario odyssey you will know that when cappy possesses something it gives the possessed thing “Mario’s” signature hat and mustache. My theory is that they aren’t actually Mario’s hat and mustache, they are Cappy’s. For you see, Cappy is the actual guy who has the M cap and mustache and when he possesses something then it appears on them to show that it’s cappy. Here’s how I think the story went: Cappy was fighting Bowser whilst controlling Mario on the airship at the start of Mario odyssey. Then bowser kicked Mario off of the ship, separating Cappy from his host (Mario). Once detached from the Cappy parasite, Mario regains his former thoughts briefly and has no memory of Cappy as if he blinked and now he was here. Then he lands in Bonneton. This is when Cappy has to trick Mario into thinking he is a stranger so he can latch back onto Mario and possess him. You may be wondering: “how come Mario/Cappy can throw Cappy’s Cap and not lose possession of Mario?” Well in 2 player mode when in a capture, Cappy can fly around whilst Mario stays in control so the captured thing looks normal apart from mustache on it. That’s why I believe that as long as Mario has either the mustache or cap on him, he is still possessed.Cappy is not inherently bad. He takes control of Mario’s body to be able to do platforming and acrobatics. All this time, all the battles against bowser, all the Mariokart races, all the galaxies discovered. It’s been Cappy. The whole time. The Mario you see above is simply a host for the parasite. With Cappy’s signature hat and mustache that appear on every captured thing. This begs the question…

Would knuckles be able to knock the star out of Mario? He did it to super sonic whom is also invincible. And there's no canon explanation to how so you think he just bypass invinciblity?

This has been done many many times, but I always disagree with peoples picks so I figured I should make my own version!

- KING WART (Pride): Wart refers to himself as "The Great Wart" and has an extremely cocky attitude in the Mario Galaxy movie. He takes great pride is his massive army and casino and views anyone who dares to oppose him as a fool, despite always being extremely easy to defeat.

(He literally dies to eating vegetables, it takes great pride in ones self to act like they aren't weak when a turnip is their main weakness EVERY time they appear.)

- WARIO (Greed): This one is quite obvious. Wario is obsessed with treasure and money and will go to any lengths to obtain it. He frequently steals from others, tries to scam his own "friends", and cares about nobody but himself and his valuables.

I've seen people put him for gluttony but I think that's less fitting. Wario's obession with money is a way more prominent characteristic then him eating a garlic and farting now and then.

- BOWSER (Lust): Obviously no Mario character is going to fit lust perfectly as Mario is a franchise for children. However, lust is more than just promiscuity.

Bowser has an insaciable lust for power and will do anything it takes to achieve it. He is the most relentless villain in the entire franchise, constantly making new plans and harming innocent people just for another shot at gaining more power. He will kidnap monarchs, take over galaxies, steal powerful objects from other kingdoms, etc. just to try again at defeating those who oppose him and become the most powerful ruler in the Mario universe.

His obsession with Princess Peach could also be viewed as lust, as he is heavily implied to be in love with her and has tried to forcefully marry her multiple times. However, Mario is a kids franchise, Bowser obviously does not have THOSE kinds of feelings for Princess Peach.

- DONKEY KONG (Envy): In the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series, Donkey Kong is envious of Pauline's friendliness towards Mario and goes into a fit of rage when she doesn't have those feelings towards him aswell. He goes as far as kidnapping her just to take her away from Mario and have her all to himself. Also, when Donkey Kong finds out all the Mini Mario toys are sold out and he's the only one without one, he's immediately enraged and steals all of them.

Donkey Kong might not be someone's first thought when thinking about envy, but it is clear that he is very envious of those who have what he wants.

- KING K. ROOL (Gluttony): He is obsessed with Bananas and will steal them from others without a second thought. He stole the Kong family's entire banana supply which could have easily led them to starve, just so he could have have them for himself. (Official Nintendo art confirms K. Rool does enjoy bananas, which heavily implies that's the reason he stole them from DK)

I haven't played Bananza, >!let me know if whatever he does in that game backs up him being gluttonous even more.!<

- KING BOO (Wrath): King Boo is easily one of the angriest Mario villains, as he is heavily motivated by his anger and desire for revenge against Luigi and E. Gadd. He is shown to be full of rage and evil desire nearly every single time he's on screen. While other Mario villains like Bowser have a softer side, King Boo always has the same evil attitude, even when cracking a joke or losing a fight.

- PETEY PIRANHA (Sloth): This one was honestly my biggest cop-out so I'd like to hear what you guys would put for this. My reasoning for this one is that he's always sleeping.

Exactly—I’m thinking of Wendy O. Koopa. To me, Wendy is a diva, and her look just fits; she’s a Koopaling, and Bowser is the King of the Koopas.

So, Bowser is the father, Bowser Jr. is the son, and Wendy is the mother.

I need confirmation of that, in case it's true.

I decided to make beta Luigi because I felt bored and I wanna try something different so I did. Hope you like it Luigi mansion fans!

I have an idea that Waluigi and Pauline could be Rosalina’s parents.

I’m going to show you some pictures from Rosalina’s Storybook: Rosalina as a child, her mother, and her father.

In the pictures with Rosalina’s mother, you can see Rosalina as a child in the front. In the picture with her father, Rosalina is standing behind him.

Pauline was originally called “Lady” in Donkey Kong before she later became known as Pauline. Rosalina’s father is shown as a tall and slim figure, which reminds me of Waluigi.

This is just my idea. Nintendo has never confirmed that Waluigi and Pauline are Rosalina’s parents.

In earlier time, story mode seemed to be handheld's feature due to its raising system. But now since Switch era we've seen a couple of games that dedicates to story mode for both tutorials and unlockables. But I wonder, do fans find Mario sport stories enjoyable?

I think Mario sport stories' biggest challenge is they haven't really standed out as popular as other Mario stories from mainline or RPGs. Mario RPGs have richest story, while Mario platformer set the foundation of the franchise, which leave Mario sport stories to be the weakest link of all. Mario sport games just don't tend to have ambitious story subthemes like "Mario Golf : The Millennium Window". Tennis Aces seemed to have the ambition to write an epic story, but it didn't succeed simply due to the obviously low investment.

It's understandable that Mario sport games want to focus on the main gameplay and story is mere extra, but it could be more interesting if sport stories also get more development in order to be more unique and memorable so fans would not try to skip them.

I know the professional atheletes from earlier games are not fans' cup of tea as they don't seem as interesting as the fantasy world characters, but their biggest merit is how they bring original contents to expand the games. while recent Mario sport stories don't have the same investment to introduce new original contents in the same way Mario RPGs tend to do.

In fact, we've got a couple of original boss OCs like Snow King and King Scuttlebug, and it could had been better if the whole stories and themes totally dedicate to the OCs, and actually make OCs unlockable players as our prize for completing story mode. Could also work in the same way if they get to introduce notable villains like King K Rool or Captain Syrup, and use them as the main villains for a sport story.
