Im missing plenty of stars on my ribbons. Im also am E-7 and armed ex and academics team commander

So im at the end of my sophmore year of njrotc and ive accumulated 9 medals so far (Snsi hasnt given me the last one yet). Putting the ribbons on is the worst thing i have ever experience and it looks terrible when i do it so i was wondering if there were alternate ways you guys did it such as using a ribbon bar or smth.
