I thought delivery going to take 24-48 hours, its already been 48 hours, anyone else having delivery issues?

Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone here is considering The Alexander at Ghent.
The biggest issue has been their RUBS water billing system. I’m paying around $200/month for water because I have kids, while a neighboring unit with two adults pays about $70. It doesn’t seem tied to actual usage and feels like families get hit way harder.
What’s confusing is management says they can provide “usage” data, which makes me wonder why billing isn’t based on actual consumption in the first place.
On top of that, the apartments don’t really match the price point (I’m around $2,600/month with bills). Each unit has a 30 gallon water heater, which is barely enough for a 10 minute shower. With kids, it’s basically impossible to get everyone through without running out of hot water.
Build quality hasn’t been great either. Cabinets are uneven and feel cheaply installed, and overall things just feel more worn than expected for the price.
Curious if anyone else in Norfolk has dealt with RUBS systems like this or had similar experiences here or at other complexes?
