Windows needs a feature like KDE's "Unredirect Fullscreen" to kill DWM overhead during gaming
Independent Flip is good, but DWM is still running and allocating VRAM in the background. Suspending it completely like KDE does is the only way to fully eliminate frame pacing issues on mixed refresh rate multi-monitor setups.
