20M 5’8 65kg. is my pull up form correct?

ever since nag start ako mag gym lat pull downs and rows lang ginagawa ko and I’ve never tried free weights. now, gusto ko sya iincorporate sa sessions ko. also, last set na rin yan kay struggling na.

my questions are:
-tama po ba yung form?

-is the ROM correct or should I not stretch all the way down?

-should my chin be up above the bar?

20M 5’8 65kg 10 months apart started from 55kg

from a skinny asf dude(55kg) to now somewhat decent body weight (65kg)

my current split is anterior/Posterior but started with PPL/UL

I started tracking my macros a month ago and realized I’ve been undereating this whole time. Imagine how much more progress I could've made if I had tracked from the beginning🤦🏻‍♂️ nag progress naman kahit papano kahit untracked

9 months progress | 5’8”, [20]M|Started at 55kg, now 65kg

I still can’t believe how (in)consistent I’ve been despite of how busy college life can be.

Yung first photo ko ay 55kg and the latter is 65kg HAHAHA it still doesn’t look much but it’s definitely a progress.

Im currently doing anterior/posterior split with some cardio on the side.

lately lang ako nag track ng macros just a week ago and all of the progress made ay dahil lang sa mga lutong bahay hahaha
