20M 5’8 65kg. is my pull up form correct?
ever since nag start ako mag gym lat pull downs and rows lang ginagawa ko and I’ve never tried free weights. now, gusto ko sya iincorporate sa sessions ko. also, last set na rin yan kay struggling na.
my questions are:
-tama po ba yung form?
-is the ROM correct or should I not stretch all the way down?
-should my chin be up above the bar?
