Crank or cam shaft position symptoms, fine to drive for the day?

To be able to get my codes scanned and be sure of what's throwing my check engine light gonna have to drive down the highway for probably 10 minutes and bounce around town a couple times more than likely. Should I be worried about anything besides possibly getting stranded?

Odd day of owning my X

So been thinking for awhile my pedals felt too spongy, today on a wash board my clutch started making a new sound, pull over to investigate and my buddy with a 08 pathfinder notices missing bolts in the c channel on my brake and clutch pedals, this resulted on the wash board for a hairline crack in the fire wall to flex out from fatigue. This supposedly has been an issue since I bought the car in February and finally gave out today. Fortunately there's nothing wrong with the pedal assembly just lazy previous owner/dealership so I was able to solve the issue for the most part with new bolts and washers for less than $10. Get home fix the pedals everything feels significantly better and different than how it's been driving. Take it around the block all is well, park it for an hour or two then hop in the car to go to grocery store, car cranked but no started, threw a check engine light, is exhibiting symptoms of crank or cam position sensor going out.

Picture of crack and pedal for all interested about that

14 p4x head unit taps out randomly

I love this car but this head unit is one of the greater mystery I've ever put up with in a vehicle. Since purchase the volume knob on the unit its self has had a mind of its own if it's touched at all and lately it occasionally doesn't power on with the vehicle at all or turns off while driving. Ive been solving this with percussive maintenance but want to get an idea of what I'm gonna need to do before I crack my dash

Proof it leaves my driveway

Off the pavement post and managed to catch the last weekend before the smoke took over the mountains in Colorado.

Camper build

Wanted to post a few pictures documenting my camper builds process. Had some trouble finding someone who took it quite as far as I wanted to and provided build photos so figured I'd fill that gap if I could. For anyone worried about the wood choices in this I promise it's all sealed very well with a layer of plastic as well and strong enough im just cheap not lazy. It's a 2014 pro 4x 6 speed^
