When I tried to gulp air and stopped the swallow, so I was in stopped swallow position. I have breath trough nose and my nose made wierd breathing noise. I felt a bubble going down. Does it mean the inhaling method is half way there? I can't open my mouth to inhale it. Can someone tell me what I should do, to use my mouth to inhale. What I should feel to try control it?

So I learned swallowing air using empty glass and imaging it's filled with water. I searched up how to burp on command, i tried flexing stomach but I doesn't work, am i flexing it wrong? I have asked ai and it told me a cough method i tried it didn't work. Can someone explain it step by step on how to burp on command?
