Remote Level 2 / Level 3 MSP Technician Wanted
We’re looking to add another experienced L2/L3 MSP technician to our Philippines-based remote team.
This is a remote-only role, working 9-5 AEST.
We’re after someone with at least 5 years’ experience working for an MSP. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who is confident handling support tickets, troubleshooting properly, dealing with client issues, documenting their work, and taking ownership without needing heavy supervision.
Most of the work will be across Microsoft 365, Windows desktops and servers, general networking, remote troubleshooting, RMM alerts, backups, and day-to-day MSP support. Some Level 3 escalation experience would be ideal.
We are an Autotask PSA and Datto RMM shop, so experience with those tools would be highly regarded.
