Ok Thats it my mental health is too important I am not going back to work Im done. I am a Cashier at BJs Market. The micromanaging is just too much and Im tired of being yelled at all the time. Im a great Cashier always on time never called out and doing the ridiculous cart to cart and yet im being screamed at and belittled and Im done. The company and managers and Leads are Horrible Horrible people I deserve better. I am too good for that place!!! I will find a new job where I dont have to sell credit cards and renew memberships and bother customers over and over again with this stupid bullshit. This is the most toxic workplace I ever worked at and Im 67 years old!!!! So Bye Bye BJs!!!!

I am a cashier at BJs and made a decision that my mental health is more important than this job. There is too much stress with being a casheir at BJs they are never happy no matter how good a job you do. I am being watched everyday and the metrics are not doable and its only getting worse. Also asking for credit cards is just too much. Im 67 years old and retired I just wanted a job to help out with groceries and I like my job and I even like the customers but management and front end leads are very pressuring!!! A few days ago the Regional Manager was there all day and watching me like a hawk and picking me apart its too much my mental health is suffering I need another job.

Just a side note I started this job on January 30th of this year I never called out not once and I show up on time for every shift im great with the customers and I do cart to cart every time I am a great employee and great cashier I can bring that work ethic somewhere else!!!

Good afternoon everyone. I need everyone opinion today. I am a cashiet at BJs and today there were two customers going at it on my line and the cashier next to me. It was getting heated and the one guy in the next line would not let it go and kept calling the guy on my line a cracker and was just a being horrible. This went in for at least twenty minutes and was escalating. Nobody did anything and finally i screamed at the guy to shut up really loud and told the other guy to just let it go and leave and he did and then the horrible guy left too. I ended it me and only me the Club Manager just stood there. Now my question is will I get fired for this. I did not curse and I went on and helped the other customers in the line and none of them were upset they were happy it was over. I feel like if I didnt do anything it would have turned bad. I feel like I have bigger balls then tbe managers and Im a women!!!

So my hours to work today were 9:00 to 4:30. The first five hours I was the only cashier. Oh and I started my day by having car problems I could of called out but I walked to work in the heat about two miles and got to work on time. I never took a day off since I started. Anyway it was time for my shift to end finally and I was getting ready to drop my money as I am a cashier when the Front End Lead told me I had to wait for the night cashier to come down from the break room and then I can leave and I said why and she said you need to wait. So i said to her ive been here since 9am and I was alone for five hours and the cashier that came in at two was there so what are are we doing here and she said that was her orders but go ahead and drop your money and I said thank you and took my till into the glory room. I clocked out at 4:31 and the cashier still hadn't come down from the break room so how long am I supposed to be there. Also mind you I am part time. I am not required to stay past my scheduled time. What are they nuts there is no cashier more dedicated than me at that store and still its not enough!!!

So my sister is sending my 14 year old niece to a Christian Camp for 10 days. Shes 14 years and a beautiful well rounded and smart. I dont know why she thinks this is a good idea and from what I read about these camps they are a nightmare. Does anyone know anything about these camps?

Im a cashier at BJs and I was told by my front end Supervisor today if I dont get credit cards I will receive corrective action what does that even mean? I can't force members to apply for credit cards.
