Tuffman Delhi 2026 21k

Hi everyone!

I’m running my first 21K this weekend, and honestly, I’m getting a bit nervous. 😅

My longest run so far has been 15K at around 7:38/km, but by the end I felt like I had very little left in the tank. My legs were extremely stiff and heavy, and I’m not sure I could have comfortably continued much further.

For those who have run their first half marathon, what would you recommend?

Should I start significantly slower than my usual long-run pace?

How should I pace the first 10–15K?

When should I take water/electrolytes or fuel?

Any tips for dealing with heavy/stiff legs during the race?

Is it better to take short walk breaks if needed, or try to keep running continuously?

I’m not aiming for a specific time — finishing the 21K comfortably is the main goal.

Would really appreciate any advice, especially from people who were in a similar situation before their first half marathon!

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to buy a new pair of running shoes and could really use some honest reviews and suggestions.

My budget is under ₹10,000. I recently ran 10km in 67 minutes, and now I’m aiming to complete a 21km half marathon in August, so I want something reliable for training and race day.

A bit about what I’m looking for:

Good cushioning for longer runs

Comfortable fit (no chafing/blisters)

Durable for regular training

Suitable for road running

If you’ve used any shoes in this price range that worked well (or even ones to avoid), I’d really appreciate your input.

Also, if there’s anything specific I should consider as I increase distance to 21k, let me know.

Thanks in advance!
