So I’m still new to coles and was put on part time minimum of 12 hrs… I worked 15 hrs last week and got overtime for 3 of the hours. Is this correct? I assumed it would be normal rate until 38hrs?
So I’m pretty new to online/ click and collect. I only have done 3 shifts. Although have worked in other supermarket prior. My pick rate is 185 with 73% efficiency. Is this any good? I noticed a lot of people will pause a lot but then their pick rate is 300+. Don’t know which would be better to do?
I walked into a coles near me last Wednesday with my resume and was offered a job last Friday. So far I’m very impressed with how quick things move. I got a contract and all onboarding things Monday and have spent the last 2 days doing the onboarding, ordering uniform, setting up availability etc.
how long does it usually take to get rostered?
I’m starting in click and collect and I’m very excited. I’ve worked in supermarkets for the last 3 years as a duty manager and dairy manager so I’m excited for the change!
Also, any advice for newbies?
