PIP assessment inconsistencies

hi, with my upcoming assessment just wondered since they will have what I submitted for change of circumstances, will they use that against me? stuff that was written on there was from end of May and was quite optimistic about pain and pushing through, we know the reality is different and condition is a lot worse. so will that shoot us in the foot?

timeline for a reassessment with pip?

hi not sure if re assessment is right word. we put this information forward ourselves as my partners health has worsened significantly and so we just simply requested to add this info but turned into us submitting more information about what has happened. so I guess it’s a re assessment to them? anyway we got ours quite quickly in the past, so not sure if it’ll be roughly the same?

also is there a chance they could take it away? they asked for medical evidence to help back claim but our GP just did not send any medical proof and we literally had like 2 days to send it off so we had to. so im also nervous that could go badly…
