Does anyone remember what event or when this tank added to game. I dont even knew I had this tank until today lol..

I've been trying to sell my skins for while and stumbled upon on this 2. Both are chinese platform, rate is lttle bit higher than western sites( i didn't really understand the withdrawal fee and stuff but on what I understood there is base fee of 1$ then another fee 1$). So does anyone know Which one is better? And what's the minimum amount of withdrawal?. PS: if there is better sites i could sell my skins recommend me.

Some of might remember me from post about 1 month ago were I informed about scam accounts. So there is 323 account identical to each other same name, 3 profile pic as in photo, same bio, with Great Britain flag. I just wanna say be careful and report them.
