Spring 2027 Sublease – $455/Month!!
Hi!! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 2027 since I’ll be graduating in December!
The apartment is at Riverbend Club Apartments (355 Riverbend Pkwy, Athens, GA 30605), located just 1.2 miles from UGA's campus!
You would have your own private bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with a bathroom shared with one other roommate.
The location is super convenient for UGA students, with two bus routes that take you to campus:
UGA Riverbend (R) Bus
Athens Transit Route 12
💰 Rent is only $455/month!
You would be living with 3 other roommates, making this a great and affordable option for students looking for housing for the Spring 2027 semester!
This would be perfect for someone transferring to UGA in the spring, returning from studying abroad, or just looking for affordable housing close to campus.
Feel free to DM me if you're interested or want pictures/more details!!
