We're looking for:
- 1 bed / 1 bath (single occupancy)
- Dishwasher
- In-unit washer/dryer is a plus
- Walkability to grocery, restaurants/bars is always nice
- Cat friendly :)
- At or under $1200

I know this might be a little random to post here, but I’m honestly getting pretty desperate and figured it’s worth a shot!
I’m a 22-year-old woman looking for a room in the Atlanta/Sandy Springs area, preferably Dunwoody, since I work nearby. I’m looking for somewhere safe, clean, and ideally long-term, preferably close to MARTA so I can reliably get to work.
A little about me: I’m bubbly, friendly, respectful, and I really like keeping my space clean and organized. I’m also super creative—I love drawing, singing, and cooking! I LOVE cooking, so I’d definitely be the type to make food for us sometimes. 😂 I’ll go out for a nice bar or dinner every now and then when I have the energy, but I’m also perfectly happy staying home and relaxing.
I have a reliable source of income and am really just looking for a comfortable, safe place where I can settle in and stay for a while.
I’d prefer a female roommate, but I’m open-minded if the situation feels safe and like a good fit.
