​I'm looking into Grand Preserve apartments but noticed there aren't many reviews available yet, likely because it's a newer community. ​If anyone here has any experience living there, could you share how you like it so far?

​I'm particularly interested in knowing if there are any bug/pest issues, as my partner is extremely sensitive to bugs. Any information on management, maintenance, or overall living conditions would also be super helpful.
