How do I defeat Allah, how do I unlock the Saddam Hussein secret boss fight?

I already have the 7 keys to the gates to hell in my inventory, my own spells book with fireball, magic missile and hellish rebuke inscribed in it, I also have a small goblin that I keep trapped in my bag of holding that i have raised to be Catholic so that i can harness the power of it's prayers. He has never sinned, so his prayers are always answered to by Yahweh.
