I recently started listening to John Summits music and absolutely love it but honestly scared to go to one of his dj sets or stadium tour because from what I’ve observed never really see any black males or females their and as black female I just don’t want to be given weird looks because I’m there or honestly felt like I’m not meant to be there. Anyone who’s black and gone what’s your experience.
Old claim status now says disqualified in history of certifications and new claim says not paid. Did I get denied?
I just need to vent because this EDD eligibility questionnaire process is so stressful. I understand they need to verify information, but the wording makes it feel like you’re trying to defend yourself instead of just explaining your situation.
Every question makes me worry that I’ll answer something wrong and hurt my claim. Being unemployed is already stressful, and constantly checking for updates while waiting for a decision is exhausting.
I just wish the process was clearer and less anxiety-inducing for people who are genuinely trying to do everything correctly.
I did one questionnaire and then I was given two more and it’s like why can’t this be so much more simple.
Before it said pending eligibility with the questionnaire does this mean I’m approved now or a decisions been made?
How do you guys deal with waiting for EDD to get back to you? I feel like I check my UI online like multiple times a day.
