Internal vs External Applications

Just out of curiosity, are the positions posted on the careers website for external too (non-employees). I was seasonal last year and from what I was told, only internal can move up to Ops and Tech Specialists, yet I'm also seeing those positions posted on the external careers website. Even for ex and non employees, would we be eligible for those positions?

Phase 1 Interview Timeline/Next Steps

Hi guys,

For context, I did my phase 1 interview June 30th at 3pm and was told id either hear back that day or the next day (which was yesterday) for next steps. Whether it was phase 2 or a rejection. Its 2 days later and i understand its too early to ask but during my seasonal timeline last year i heard back the next day for phase 2. I was wondering if anyone knows any information as i am actively applying and interviewing with other places, thank you
