I often visit Istanbul but never really thought of just have an aimless walk and taking pictures.
Being a dedicated cyclist and being underweight never worked for me. I was tired constantly, dizzy almost every time I stood up, very small appetite for food, and munching on sugars regularly.
It took me 2 years to gain 20 kilos, regular and disciplined food intake (3 course meals), limiting sugar consumption, and maintaining the same exercise levels. I did however develop acid reflux , but it's a fair price to pay for comfort in one's own skin.
