Hi all-

I preordered the new Atonemo player to the US and saw that a label was created for DHL July 20, but there's been no update since then. Customer service has been basically unhelpful and can't tell me what's happening.

Seeing on the NTS website that they are having "shipping delays." Wondering if anyone here has any more information?
